이 커피는 코스타리카 퍼블릭 커핑에서도 단연 압도적으로 많은 분들에게 선택받은 정통 게이샤 워시드 커피입니다.
코라손 데 헤수스 그룹에 속해있는 비스타 파라이소는 파나마에 방문하여 오리지널 게이샤를 키운것으로 알려져있는 돈파치 농장에서 다양한 커피를 가져다가 심었습니다. 특히 그 중에서 타카 게이샤 (Taka Geisha)라고 불리는 유전자를 가진 게이샤로 선택하여 고도별로 여러 실험을 했다고 합니다. 1500미터에서 가장 훌륭한 맛을 보여줬고 이후에는 이곳에서만 게이샤 품종을 키우고 있습니다.
과학적이면서도 경험적으로 가장 훌륭한 품종과 테루아를 접목시켰고 이는 올해 COE 우승을 통해 그들이 제대로 농사를 지었음을 확인할 수 있었습니다.

Finca Vista Paraíso is located in San Juan Norte de Rivas at 1,500 meters above sea level and marks a turning point in the history of Corazón de Jesús. This farm is our family’s largest project, encompassing 22 hectares and more than 15 coffee varieties, each carefully selected for its high cup quality potential and adaptability to the environment. Vista Paraíso was conceived from the beginning as a model of sustainability. It sits on virgin soils and is surrounded by native trees that naturally protect each plot, creating an ideal environment for growing shade-grown coffee. The farm is managed regeneratively, aiming to restore the land, preserve biodiversity, and produce responsibly. This farm reflects a new chapter for our project: a vision that combines productivity, environmental conservation, and an excellent cup. Here, we are not only planting coffee, we are planting the future. One of the most important milestones at Vista Paraíso has been the establishment of Geisha Taka, a Panamanian variety originally from Finca Callejón Seco, part of the renowned Don Pachi Estate. Before arriving at this farm, the Taka variety was cultivated and observed at different elevations across other farms in our project. After years of experience, learning, and observation, we discovered that Vista Paraíso offered the ideal conditions for this variety to reach its full potential. At 1,500 meters, with balanced soil, tree coverage, and a stable microclimate, Geisha Taka found its home. The result is a harmonious, floral, complex, and delicate cup: a true symphony that expresses the soul of this land. Finca Vista Paraíso not only aims to produce high-quality coffee; it seeks to transform the way we grow, protect, and connect with the origin.
