커피미업은 거의 매년 엘 소코로 농장의 커피를 COE를 통해 낙찰 받고 있습니다.

인헤르또와 함께 과테말라 COE의 멀티 챔피언을 달성한 농장으로 COE에서 매년 높은 점수를 받고 있습니다.

4회 우승으로 인헤르토에 이어 명가의 자리를 굳혀가고 있는데요.

 

저희는 엘 소코로 농장에 방문해서 유대관계를 이어가고 있으며 특별한 커피가 있을 때마다 좋은 정보를 제공받아 국내에 들여오기 위해 힘쓰고 있습니다.

 

이번 랏은 COE 옥션을 통해서 낙찰 받은 커피로 올해 과테말라 게이샤 중, 저희 기준으로는 엘 인헤르토와 로스마와 함께 가장 좋았던 커피입니다.

낙찰도 생각보다 가격대가 좋아서 아주 만족스럽게 가져올 수 있었는데요.

베르가못향이 아주 뚜렷하게 나와서 게이샤 매니아들은 좋아하실 커피입니다.
